Expanding Opportunity Across the Nation
Through our partnership with COABE (Coalition on Adult Basic Education), Grace Community Outreach and C2C Workforce are now extending their workforce development model to Hawai´i. Together, we are collaborating with local educators, community organizations, and employers to bring career-aligned training, digital skills, and wraparound support to learners who have historically been overlooked. This expansion allows us to share what works in Texas and the Gulf region while adapting our pathways to the unique strengths, cultures, and workforce needs of Hawai´i's communities.
